Catalina Island Tour from Viva Miches by Wyndham

Identify the correct hotel

Viva Miches by Wyndham is a family resort at Playa Esmeralda in Michès. It is geographically separate from Viva Dominicus Beach and Palace near Bayahíbe. The adults-only policy of Viva V Samaná does not describe the Miches property.

Plan the hotel collection

Keep Miches in the transport enquiry and request assessment of the entire road connection; a Viva Dominicus pickup plan cannot be applied here. CatalinaTrip’s full-day options include transfer, drinks and a Dominican beach lunch buffet; confirm coverage for this property, collection access, boarding location and the complete return arrangements for your date.

Send the resort and ask for a realistic full-day collection-to-return proposal, with the road arrangement explicitly confirmed. If the timing does not suit your party, discuss another date or a stay nearer La Romana. A private boat does not by itself shorten the road journey from the northeast coast.

Match the day to your travel party

Viva Miches families should compare the complete road journey with children’s rest needs before committing. Compare snorkeling with diving according to each traveler’s comfort and eligibility. For a mixed activity party or an exclusive boat, request a coordinated proposal and confirm its terms before booking.

Pick your Catalina experience

CatalinaTrip offers the full-day snorkeling tour for US$99 and the diving option for US$149, with or without certification subject to the appropriate introductory plan. Private boat use is quoted separately. Transfer, drinks and Dominican buffet lunch at the beach are included in all options.

Confirm collection before the day

Provide your date, full guest count, children's ages and WhatsApp contact. Ask for the precise entrance, collection time, boat meeting point and return window. Do not assume the hotel operates or endorses the excursion; its official website is cited for identity and location only.
