| Stage | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Accommodation collection | For a city apartment or family home, name the building and accessible street entrance and provide a local contact. Ask how collection connects to the confirmed Catalina boat and where you return. A coastal resort directory may list properties across the province; it is not a map of one shared collection route. |
| Road connection and boarding | Assigned pier, boat contact and meeting point. Do not travel to an unconfirmed marina. |
| Island and water activity | Snorkeling or diving plan, beach lunch and current sea conditions. |
| Return to your address | Hotel-to-hotel window and any separate return address. |

The snorkeling tour is US$99; the diving tour is US$149 for certified guests or eligible beginners with instruction. Private tours are quoted for your party. Every option includes a full day, transfer, drinks and Dominican lunch buffet at the beach.
What to send with your enquiry
Send the complete hotel or accommodation address, date, adult count, children's ages and activity preferences. Ask for the pickup point, boat meeting instructions, return window and complete total. A destination guide does not establish a hotel partnership or a guaranteed collection time.
