Plan my trip from Cap CanaIdentify the correct hotel
Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana is in Juanillo Beach in Cap Cana. This is Hyatt's adults-only Zilara, separate from the neighboring Ziva property. Hyatt describes Zilara's adults-only setting on Juanillo Beach and lists it separately from Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana.
Plan the hotel collection
Your Catalina day starts with a road connection from Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana in Juanillo Beach in Cap Cana, followed by the agreed boat departure on the Caribbean coast. Name each additional hotel separately and keep the confirmed contact available. The full-day package includes transfer, drinks and a Dominican beach lunch buffet; exact pickup place, coverage and booking terms are confirmed individually.
Confirm vehicle access and the correct hotel lobby or villa identifier before collection. For a private Catalina day, specify whether you want exclusive road transport as well as exclusive boat use. Do not assume a Cap Cana marina excursion is the same route or departure as the Catalina boat confirmed for your booking.
Match the day to your travel party
For guests choosing Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana for an adults-oriented stay, discuss whether you prefer a social shared boat or an exclusive private outing. The hotel's atmosphere does not determine the passenger ages or music on an independently booked excursion. Divers should provide certification or request the supervised beginner introduction before the activity is confirmed.
Pick your Catalina experience
CatalinaTrip offers the full-day snorkeling tour for US$99 and the diving option for US$149, with or without certification subject to the appropriate introductory plan. Private boat use is quoted separately. Transfer, drinks and Dominican buffet lunch at the beach are included in all options.
Confirm collection before the day
Provide your date, full guest count, children's ages and WhatsApp contact. Ask for the precise entrance, collection time, boat meeting point and return window. Do not assume the hotel operates or endorses the excursion; its official website is cited for identity and location only.
Questions about this departure
Can Zilara and Ziva guests be listed under one Hyatt name?
List Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana and Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana separately, with each hotel's participants. Their proximity does not establish one agreed excursion entrance or make Zilara's adults-only policy apply to the boat.
