Plan my trip from Arena GordaIdentify the correct hotel
Bahia Principe Explore Turquesa is the family resort formerly named Bahia Principe Grand Turquesa, in the Arena Gorda hotel area. Its official presentation includes the Bahia Scout Program and a water park. TRS Turquesa is a different hotel in the Palladium complex.
Plan the hotel collection
Send Bahia Principe Explore Turquesa in full, including Grand if used on the reservation; avoid shortening the accommodation to Turquesa alone. CatalinaTrip’s full-day options include transfer, drinks and a Dominican beach lunch buffet; confirm coverage for this property, collection access, boarding location and the complete return arrangements for your date.
Ask for the assigned resort entrance or lobby and keep it with the booking confirmation. Do not walk to a neighboring resort because another guest has an earlier collection. Residential stays in Cana Bay or Punta Blanca also need their own unit and access arrangements rather than a borrowed hotel meeting point.
Match the day to your travel party
Turquesa families should leave Bahia Scout activities to another day and organize independent supervision throughout the outing. Compare snorkeling with diving according to each traveler’s comfort and eligibility. For a mixed activity party or an exclusive boat, request a coordinated proposal and confirm its terms before booking.
Pick your Catalina experience
CatalinaTrip offers the full-day snorkeling tour for US$99 and the diving option for US$149, with or without certification subject to the appropriate introductory plan. Private boat use is quoted separately. Transfer, drinks and Dominican buffet lunch at the beach are included in all options.
Confirm collection before the day
Provide your date, full guest count, children's ages and WhatsApp contact. Ask for the precise entrance, collection time, boat meeting point and return window. Do not assume the hotel operates or endorses the excursion; its official website is cited for identity and location only.
